Big Girl Stroller

Today Mommy and I got bored and decided to go for a walk. Mommy let me ride in the big girl stroller without my seat! I was so excited to see things from this new view. I was sad when Mommy said our walk was over.

I ate all my rice cereal tonight!

Daddy made sure that he kept feeding me really fast so that I would not have time to get mad.

Today I had rice cereal for the first time. I actually thought it was pretty yummy until I realized how hungry I was. Don't I look like such a big girl sitting in my high chair all by myself???

Bath Time!

Tonight my cousin Jazzy really wanted to help give me a bath. I had to come home and go to bed, so mommy promised to put some pics up of me. I always get really relaxed and want to go right to sleep after I get all clean.

It was short and sweet, but dad makes the funniest faces and I can't help but think he's hilarious!

I can hear you...can you hear me?

Today I had to go back to the special doctor and have a follow up hearing test done. Mom and Dad got up really early and let me sleep in my car seat until the doctor was ready to see me. They hadn't let me drink any milk for 5 hours and I was realllly hungry. I was such a good girl and didn't even cry once! Mommy let me suck on my razorback paci while the nice lady scrubbed my face and ears with this stuff that smelled like oranges. After that, another lady came in and gave me this yucky medicine. It made me really sleepy right away. Daddy laid me down on the bed and cuddled with me until I fell asleep. I don't remember anything after that, but mommy said that the doctor put these things in my ears and measured my brain waves to see if I could hear certain sounds. The doc told mommy that she wishes all babies did as well as I did. I didn't wake up once and I passed my test in my sleep! I hope all tests are that easy. When I was all done, mommy gave me some yummy juice and let me go back to sleep. I came home and was a big eater, but I wanted to go right back to sleep when I was done. Mom and Dad said they knew I could hear. And you know what? The more and more I talk to them they can hear me too!

By the way, I weigh 14 lbs and am 24.5 inches long now!

Today I went to Buffalo Wild Wings after church with some friends. My pal Abby is about to get a little sister in May and thought it would be fun to practice feeding me.

Red Lobster

Mom and Dad took me to Red Lobster for the first time tonight. I was so excited about all the cool fish and lights that it took me a really long time to eat! I thought it smelled kinda funny too...

After I woke up this morning, mom took me in to wake up daddy. He made sleeping look so good that I tried to go back to sleep on him.

My great Grandma Kate sent me my first Christmas money ever! I was so excited that I went with mom to Target and bought some new toys and some diapers. This is my new rattle. It has a funny face and likes to give me kisses just like my doggy does!

Mirrors

This is the mirror on my activity mat. I don't like to look into it very often, but when I do, I just stare at the baby looking at me. I wonder what she is doing there and then I realize I have better things to do.

Doggie Time

My favorite place to hang out is the changing table. This is where mom and I get our best playing time in! My friend Lexi got me this really awesome doggie that makes noise. It likes to give me kisses. I like to open my mouth and let it.

Today I rolled over on my side for the first time! It was really cool and I stayed that way for a long time!
